Newborn Sleep
The first weeks with your baby are filled with love — and with countless questions. Sleep feels unpredictable, days and nights blur into one, and even the smallest decisions can feel overwhelming when you’re running on so little rest.
We’ll stand beside you through this stage, helping to make it clearer, calmer and easier to understand — so you can feel genuinely confident caring for your baby.
In time, you’ll come to recognise your baby’s natural rhythm and interpret their needs with growing ease. What feels bewildering at the start gradually settles into a more coherent picture — what their cries are communicating, when they need to sleep, and how to respond in the gentlest possible way.
By the end of the programme, you’ll understand:
- What healthy sleep looks like during the 0–3 month stage
- How to read the earliest signs of tiredness and readiness for sleep
- How to create a calm and safe sleep environment
- How to develop a natural balance between sleep, awake time and feeds
- How to distinguish hunger, tiredness and restlessness
- How to meet your baby’s needs without forming habits that won’t serve you later
- How feeding shapes both sleep and the daily routine
